We hope that you'll love everything you purchase from our site however if you are not entirely happy with your order we promise to refund any item that you return to us in a saleable condition. For UK & Republic of Ireland customers, please return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. For International customers please return your item (s) within 7 days of the date your receive your order. We reserve the right to refund a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.
[HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?]
- UK & Republic of Ireland (ROI) Returns
When returning items to us, please place your return goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. Please ensure you fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. You must include a completed Returns Form with your return item(s), failing to do so could result in you not receiving your refund as we not be able to locate you on our systems. Currently we do not offer a free returns service for UK or ROI, the cost of retuning an item to us is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a postal service that insures your parcel for the value of the goods you're returning to us. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, as you'll need this as your proof of return. Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to return to us.
- International Returns
Currently we do not offer a free returns service for International Returns. Please return your item to us using a standard tracked service and obtain a postage receipt as you'll need this as your proof of return.
Once we have received your item(s) we will refund the cost of them within 21 days of receipt. Please note this applies to items received within the applicable returns period or faulty items.

[CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?]
We are happy to offer size and colour exchanges for any item(s) ordered (subject to availability). Please fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order stating the size you would like to exchange. We do not offer exchanges on style. To return the item for exchange please follow the procedure stated in ‘How do I return an item?’
[WHAT ARE MY CANCELLATION RIGHTS?]
For your right to cancel please refer to the Consumer Contract Regulation section in our terms and conditions.
[HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED GOODS?]
Please contact our Customer Care Team with your full name, order number and proof of postage and a member of the team will confirm if we’ve received your item(s) or not. Please allow up to 10 working days for your items to reach us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide a proof of postage.
[HOW DO I RETURN AN INCORRECT / FAULTY ITEM?]
If we have sent you an incorrect item or it is faulty, damaged or of an unsatisfactory quality, we will refund the delivery changes that it cost to receive and send the item back to us – unless the item was received with other items, which you are not returning for the reasons above. In which case we will refund the cost of sending the item back to us only.
We are happy to offer a direct exchange for an incorrect, faulty or damaged item (subject to availability). If you request an exchange and your item is in stock will send your replacement out to you at no extra cost once we have received the original item.
If you do receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item please contact our Customer Care Team with your full name, order number, product code, details of the problem and whether you’re requesting a refund or exchange and a member of the team will be happy to help. To return items please follow the procedure stated in ‘How do I return an item?’
We will refund the cost of the item and any subsequent delivery charges once the item has been received by us. Please allow up to 10 working days for the credit to be refunded in the purchasers account.
