How do I sign up for the Hybrid newsletter?

The best way to sign up for our newsletter is to enter your email here. When you want to start shopping, this will  give you a headstart and you will be notified of any sale items and news from Hybrid.

I am unsure about my size- how do I find this information?

I need to change something in my order- how do I do this?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.  

Can I cancel a gift voucher?

If you wish to cancel a gift voucher please get in touch with us immediately by filling out our contact form or email us at and we will do our best to help.

What can I do if I lose my gift voucher?

Please contact us via our contact form or email with the following details and we will do our best to replace it:

The order number you received when you ordered the gift voucher or the email address registered to the account the voucher was ordered from

  • The value of the gift voucher
  • The email address and recipient the gift voucher was sent to


How do I sign in to my account?

If you find that your email address or password is not recognised when you try to sign in, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us.

If you can't remember your password, try typing your email address in to the 'Forgotten your Password' box on the sign-in page and we will send you a reminder.

You can change your password, main email address or any of your other details at any time just by signing in to My Account.

I’m not receiving your newsletters

Try checking your Junk mail as newsletters and such can be marked as spam.

If you checked this and are still not getting the newsletter, make sure you typed in the right email address when you signed up with us. Simply sign into My Account (if you can remember what address you did type in), or get in touch with

What should I do if my payment is declined? 

This can happen for a number of reasons. Try checking the details in your account to ensure that the card details are correct and your billing address is the same one the card is registered to.

If the problem persists, enter the details of another card and try that.

I’m not receiving emails from you

We recommend you check your Spam filter settings and look through your Junk folder, in case our emails are going in there by mistake. If this is not the case, then we may have the incorrect email address registered for you. Please check your account details to ensure your email address is spelt correctly and it’s your valid email address.
