Delivery

Is my order on its way to me?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our warehouse. This will also include the expected delivery date. Please refer to the expected delivery date provided before contacting us about your order.

My order is incorrect- what should I do?

Please contact enquiries@hybridfashion.com with your order number and the incorrect item's name and number. We will try to resolve the issue as soon as we can.

What is UK standard delivery?

  • It costs £3.50
  • Your order will be sent out via My Hermes carrier and will arrive within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends) after you place your order.
  • Your order will arrive anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel.
  • If you're not in when your parcel arrives, a card will be left telling you where it is. This may be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
  • Deliveries are not made on bank holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
  • Orders not dispatched on Saturday and Sunday

What is UK next working day delivery?

  • It costs £5.95
  • We give you free delivery when you spend over £100
  • If you place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday, you will receive it the next working day (this does not include Saturday. For Saturday delivery you must select Saturday Delivery).
  • Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays so your order will be delivered 2 working days later.
  • Your order will be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature may be required
  • Our carrier delivering your order will also contact you with tracking and delivery updates, including a 1-hour delivery window, and how to reschedule your delivery if you need to do so.
  • Orders can be delivered to your work address if you select it at checkout.
  • If you have given us your mobile number during your account registration we can text you updates.
  • When you select Next Day Delivery, our carrier will send you an update of any delay and if you track your order you will see the next delivery window.
  • If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
  • Orders are not dispatched on Saturday and Sunday

International deliveries

  • For International delivery destinations click here.
  • Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier and this is size and weight dependant.
  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately we have no control over charges and cannot predict what they may be.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country so you may wish to contact your local post office.
  • Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It will either be left in a safe place or you will receive a card detailing how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
  • Orders not dispatched on Saturday and Sunday
  • Delivery can take up to 10 working days

Can you deliver to my workplace?

We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the address rather than the person.

Will I be given a time slot for my delivery?

Our courier will email you with your specified time slot. Please ensure someone will be there to receive your order.

Returns

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is faulty or missing from your package, please contact us using our contact form or email enquiries@hybridfashion.com quoting your order number. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.

How do I return an item?

From receipt you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order for a refund. Unfortunately this does not apply to sales items. These can however be exchanged for a different size or colour in the same style, another style of equal value or for store credit. Simply fill out the Returns form enclosed with your package and remember not to remove any of the labels on your garment. Please note- it is very important that you include the returns form with your item(s). Without the order number, your details and instructions we cannot process your exchange or refund. It can take up to 10 days for us to receive your return, depending on the postal service you choose to use. We will process your goods as soon as possible and when we are confident the items are in their original condition, we will send you a confirmation email. Replacement items held in our stock will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.

Have you received my returned goods?

As soon as we have processed your return, we will notify you via email. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within 10 days of returning your parcel, please contact us using our contact form or email enquiries@hybridfashion.com and we will get back to you.

I’ve been refunded the incorrect amount- what should I do?

If this is the case please contact us using our contact form or email enquiries@hybridfashion.com and we’ll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

Please note that the following may affect the amount you have been refunded:

  • The delivery charge. This is only refunded for cancelled orders under the Distance Selling Regulations or if the goods are faulty.
  • Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not now be applicable.
